Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cardneto, a digital networking and business card platform operated by Envatech Solutions S.R.L. (“Cardneto”, “we”, “us”). By using Cardneto, you agree to these Terms.

1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using Cardneto's services (the “Service”), you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Description of Service
Cardneto provides:
- •Digital business cards and profile pages
- •Event networking tools (check-in, connections, agendas)
- •Smart NFC products for one-tap sharing
- •Related web, mobile, and API services
3.Accounts & Eligibility
- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- •You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4.Acceptable Use
When using Cardneto, you agree not to:
- •Upload false, misleading, or infringing content to your profile
- •Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- •Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's normal operation
- •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5.Content & Ownership
- •You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, bio, links, event materials).
- •By uploading content, you grant Cardneto a limited license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.
- •Cardneto retains all rights to its own branding, software, and platform design.
6.Subscriptions, Orders & Payments
- •Certain features (event plans, NFC card orders, premium tools) require payment.
- •Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
- •Orders for physical NFC products are subject to production and shipping timelines communicated at purchase.
- •Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy stated at the point of sale.
7.Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. For event organizers processing attendee data, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
8.Service Availability
Cardneto strives to keep the Service available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, improvements, or other operational reasons.
9.Termination
- •You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
- •Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms survive.
10.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardneto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova and, where applicable, European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
